| Prof. Wanyang Dai Nanjing University, China Distinguished Professor in Nanjing University and Chief Scientist in Depths Data Digital Economic Research Institute, China Biography: Wanyang Dai is a Distinguished Professor in Nanjing University and Chief Scientist in Depths Data Digital Economic Research Institute. He is the current President & CEO of U.S. based (Blockchain & Quantum- Computing) SIR Forum (Industrial 6.0 Forum), President of Jiangsu Probability & Statistical Society in China, Chairman of Jiangsu BigData-Blockchain and Smart Information Special Committee in China. He received his Ph.D. from Georgia Institute of Technology in USA. He was a MTS and principal investigator in U.S. based AT&T Bell Labs (currently Nokia Bell Labs) with some project won “Technology Transfer” now called cloud system. He published numerous influential papers in big name journals including Operations Research, Communications in Mathematical Sciences, and Journal of Computational and Applied Mathematics. He received various academic awards and has presented over 40 keynote and plenary speeches in IEEE/ACM, computational and applied mathematics, biomedical engineering, mathematics & statistics, and other international conferences. He has been serving as IEEE/ACM conference chairs, editors-in-chief and editorial board members for various international journals ranging from pure mathematics & statistics to their applications.

| Prof. Jianfeng He Kunming University of Science and Technology, China Faculty of Information Engineering and Automation, Kunming University of Science and Technology，China Biography: Prof. Jianfeng He, Ph.D., PhD supervisor, graduated in May 2008 and joined the School of Information Engineering, Kunming University of Science and Technology in March 2009, was promoted to professor in October 2010, visiting scholar at the University of Chicago, USA from 2016 to 2017. He is a member of the Nuclear Medicine Physics Committee of the Chinese Society of Biomedical Engineering, the Nuclear Medicine Equipment and Technology Committee of the China Equipment Association, a member of the Committee of Nuclear Medicine Physics of the Chinese Society of Biomedical Engineering, a member of the Committee of Medical Engineering of Yunnan Province, a member of the Young and Middle-aged Academic and Technical Leaders of Yunnan Province, a project reviewer of the Yunnan Provincial Department of Science and Technology, the head of the Institute of Biomedical Engineering of Kunming University of Technology, the chief professor of the discipline direction of biomedical image and information recognition and the direction of biomedical information technology of Kunming University of Technology, and a correspondence reviewer of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Natural Science Foundation of Yunnan Province. |
 | Prof. Ying Yang Guangxi University, China School of Computer and Information, Guangxi University, China Biography: Prof. Ying Yang, Ph.D., master supervisor, graduated from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics with a bachelor's degree in electronic information engineering in 1991. In 1996, she graduated from Guangxi University with a postgraduate degree in automatic control. She graduated from the School of Information, Donghua University in 2006 with a Ph.D. From January to May 2010, she went to the University of Vermont in the United States as a visiting scholar. |
